They focus on various forms of subsidised employment. From people with an employment restriction who need permanent support, to short-term pathways as a start to a job.
What will you do?
As Catering manager Achieve effective and efficient provision of the various catering facilities and services present at a large business location. In the Company restaurant. You are also responsible for keeping all catering facilities operational, including adherence to the company and quality and hygiene regulations. Working days are Monday to Friday from 6.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
Your duties will include:
- You will manage 6 people belonging to the target group;
- Monitor safety and working atmosphere within the team;
- Scheduling and adjusting employee capacities during the day/week (time recording);
- Conducting employee interviews (progress/sickness absence etc.);
- Identifying problems/questions;
- Oversee quality of multiple menus;
- Welcoming, supervising and introducing new employees;
- Monitor results and take action if necessary in consultation with the unit manager;
- Improve services, products and work processes.

You are a perfect fit for the position of Catering manager If you:
- Your minimum MBO 4 thinking level;
- Affinity with the target group (people with a distance to the labour market);
- Work experience with relevant managerial position in the hospitality industry;
- You have considerable communication skills, are collegial and service-oriented;
- You are proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

- You will receive a salary between €3,000 and €3,300 per month (on full-time basis) and an IKB allowance of 17.05%;
