What personal data do we process?

When you use the services of SAAMwerkt! Personnel Services we process your data. This is done by creating an account as a job seeker or employer, registering for the vacancy service, filling in a manual form at the office or filling in a contact form online.
By using the above services, you consent to the processing of this data. SAAMwerkt! may view the following data:

• First and last name
• Age / Date of birth
• Gender
• Address details
• Nationality
• Email address(es)
• Phone number(s)
• Cover letters & CV

The details below only apply if you have had a personal interview at our office:

• Job application history
• Work experience
• Medical disability in relation to work
• Salary indication
• Interview reports

Why is this data being processed?

SAAMwerkt! uses this data to guide you to your new job in the best possible way. Thanks to this data, we can contact you quickly and efficiently by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. We guarantee your privacy at all times. It is important to know that we never provide your details to your current employer.

How long will your data be kept?

Your data will be kept by SAAMwerkt! kept in our customer database. They are never used longer than strictly necessary. The term for this is 2 years. After that, your data will be decoded and no longer available to us. After you log in again and indicate that you want to use our services again, the data will again be available to SAAMwerkt! for 2 years.

Will my data be shared with others?

Your personal data is shared only when strictly necessary for the primary performance of our placement tasks towards employment.
SAAMwerkt! uses processors of your data data. These are Easyflex, Yooker (as a website builder) and Google Inc (for analysing website use and targeted advertising).
The processing agreement with google is entirely anonymous, with no personal data being shared with Google under any circumstances. However, Saamwerkt! does use tracking cookies to analyse your website usage and improve our services.

Can I view, amend or delete my data?

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can view and amend your data via your account. If you wish to have your data removed completely, please send an e-mail to info@saamwerkt.nl.
Possibility of filing a complaint with the Personal Data Authority (AP)
