Our client develops and mediates people towards, to and in work in the employment region Helmond-De Peel. In the position of Working Foreman, you will manage a small group, including people on their way to work. You teach them the tricks of the trade while carrying out the work. You are part of the Green Projects team. Together, they take care of the construction, maintenance and management of parks, forests and business parks in the Helmond-De Peel region.
What are you going to do?
As Working Foreman, you will lead a group of about ten employees and together you will carry out green space maintenance. You are the absolute driving force in the group, you keep an overview of the work and you partly participate yourself. You pay attention to safety and effectiveness.
Your team consists of employees with a distance to the labour market and you enjoy the challenge of managing this group. You are in the middle of the group, but above them if necessary. You take people in tow, provide instructions, teach them employee skills and professional skills. Together with your colleagues, you create a fresh and green environment.
Do you recognise yourself in this?
You are a perfect fit for the position of Working Foreman if you are a genius at making contact and teaching skills. You are not easily blown over, are confident, stress-resistant and have planning skills. In addition, you have :
- Knowledge of implementation in green space;
- Demonstrated experience or affinity with the target groups;
- An MBO level 3 education;
- A driving licence B, preferably BE.
