As an inside sales representative, you will effortlessly switch between sales, administration and customer contact. From advising on white goods equipment in the shop to answering phone calls and processing orders. You take care of it all! You are a jack of all trades and never shy away from anything.
What will you do?
As an indoor sales representative, no two days are the same. Together with your colleagues, you make sure that customers receive optimal service both in the shop and behind the scenes.
Your duties will include:
- Recommend and sell white goods equipment in showroom;
- Telephoning customers and answering questions;
- Processing orders and administrative handling;
- Support the planning and service department;
- Thinking along about commercial opportunities and customer satisfaction.
You will work in a modern showroom where personal attention is key. Customers are not just helped, they are really taken care of. And you are only too happy to do so.
This is you:
- Flexibly available from Monday to Saturday;
- Available 38 hours per week (less by agreement);
- Customer-oriented, communicatively strong and commercially minded;
- Administratively accurate;
- Affinity with engineering or white goods is a plus;
- You like to be hands-on and switch easily between different tasks.
