As Calculator/Order Supervisor, you will ensure that the laundry process of the mega sustainable laundry runs smoothly. This allows your colleagues with a work challenge to do their work every day and customers, mostly care institutions, to be happy with clean and fresh laundry. Well-planned and delivered as agreed, because that is what you are committed to every day.
As a Calculator/ Order Supervisor, you will work from the laundry business office. Here, you will work with two colleagues on planning and administering the production process, purchasing raw materials and selling services.
What will you do?
- You will prepare offers and ensure proper follow-up and registration;
- You will make calculations, including material control, price quotes and budgets;
- You plan customer orders, handle work preparation, order processing, material orders and monitor delivery times;
- You will keep records, ensure accurate file management, record client meetings and handle invoicing;
- You will provide management information through data analysis and reporting;
- You handle customer queries and complaints and ensure their proper handling.
This is you
As a Calculator/Order Supervisor, you are a true planner and organiser. You work effectively together to provide the best service to customers and support the production process.
- You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- You have knowledge of automated (planning) systems and powerBI;
- You are results-oriented, know how to keep an overview and can easily switch between different, sometimes unexpected activities;
- You are communicatively strong, both orally and in writing.
What we offer you:
- A contract for 36 hours per week;
- A salary between €3,052 - €4,297 gross per month based on 36 hours per week. Step grading will be tailored to your knowledge and experience;
- A freely disposable amount of 17.05% of your gross salary, to be used for pay or leave (up to 26 additional leave days per year for full-time employment);
- Health insurance allowance €296.
